Assistant/Associate/Full Professor in Marketing (tenure track or tenured) 
Aalto University School of Business is the leading business school in Finland and is located in central Helsinki. The school is accredited by AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS. The Marketing Department is strongly dedicated to research in the areas of (1) strategic marketing, (2) consumer research and marketing communications, (3) strategic retail management and (4) B2B marketing and business networks. Teaching assignments encompass undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. programs, and most of the courses are taught in English. The Department also runs an excellent seminar series.  The Marketing Department consists of ca. 40 faculty and staff members, among which 14 are professors or senior lecturers.
Requirements
The Aalto tenure track is open to talented individuals who have excellent potential for a scientific career. Throughout their careers, those under the academic tenure track system are expected to exercise and supervise scientific research, to provide related higher academic education, to follow the advances of their field, to participate in service to the Aalto University community, and to take part in societal interaction and international collaboration in their field. Individuals placed on the Aalto University tenure track for professors have the possibility to advance in their career through regular performance assessments, which take into account their merits in all areas of their scope of duty.
The applicants should hold a doctorate or be about to receive their doctorate (when applying for an assistant professor position). Applicants must fulfill the minimum publication requirements for academic faculty as outlined by AACSB. As to more junior applicants, we require a credible publication plan. Language requirements for applicants are described in more detail in the application instructions.
The applicants will be reviewed on the basis of their research, teaching and academic leadership and activity in scientific community.
Salary
Aalto University follows the salary system of Finnish universities, but applicants may also provide salary requirements.
