Community Relations Manager- Madison Environmental Group, LLC
Madison Environmental Group, LLC is seeking an energetic, creative, and passionate individual to support our community outreach program (EnAct: Steps to Greener Living), business sustainability programs (including transportation demand management), and general community relations. Madison Environmental Group, LLC is an interdisciplinary team-oriented consulting firm offering services that support sustainable building and operations, reducing environmental impact and increasing competitive advantage. This is a part-time, 24-30 hours per week.
EnAct: Steps to Greener Living program manager responsibilities:
-Coordinate the overall operations of EnAct throughout Dane County. Develop annual marketing plan and annual report.
-Promote EnAct by tabling at various community-based events. Give formal and informal program presentations for various groups and events.
-Coordinate marketing and promotion, including traditional and social media marketing, and community and public relations for EnAct.
-Provide EnAct sponsors in support of the program. Help sponsors leverage their affiliation with the program throughout co-promotional opportunities.
-Schedule and facilitate quarterly advisory board meetings for sponsors. Create agenda and meeting minutes.
-Supervise EnAct program intern(s).
-Coordinate EnAct: Steps to Greener Living book promotion, sales, and fulfillment.
-Plan and implement special events, e.g. Earth Day open house, bi-monthly workshop.
