East Africa Sales Management Advisor


Leads activities to support/advise sales executives / leaders in developing business strategies to identify/address challenges and drive improvements in sales performance, maintaining a close working relationship with sales executives / leaders and acting as their Trusted Advisor for Sales Management Support-supported activities. Champions the Sales Management Support mission emphasizing Sales Execution and Management, Sales Compliance, and Client Satisfaction. Analyzes win/loss trends and integrates with CSAT(Client Satisfaction) results to identify actions to improve our win odds and sales results. Interfaces as needed within SMS and other organizations in IBM (i.e., Finance and Planning, HR, Marketing, BTIT(Business Transformation and Information Technology), Business Operations, and S&ST(Strategy & Sales Transformation) functions like SRA(Sales Resource Allocation), STH(Sales Transaction Hub), Sales Transformation and Sales Strategy) to execute assigned responsibilities.

Required

Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in reporting, presentation and excel skills
At least 3 years experience in working as a team player
English: Fluent

Preferred
At least 4 years experience in reporting, presentation and excel skills
At least 4 years experience in working as a team player
