Job Description | You will be responsible for providing comprehensive sales, administrative and business support to the Sales team. You will ensure timely and appropriate communication with all stakeholders ensuring speed to market in all deliverable actions that facilitate revenue generation in a cost efficient manner.
You will also provide general sales and business administrative support to Senior Management team, and external customers where required.

Requirements | You will have at least three years previous airline experience in administration, sales support or reservations, with experience in business administration preferred.

Responsibilities |
- Order and distribute centrally procured marketing and sales material to the sales force
Production and distribution of sales communications to the travel industry (e.g. fare sheets, special offers, product briefings etc)
Coordinate and file for approval all pricing deals, including corporate deals, and ensure the fare sheets/contracts are prepared and dispatched on time
Collate and compile all weekly and monthly reports
Input and constantly update and maintain records of all requests, and provide timely feedback to the sales staff
Provide analytical support to the sales manager, including liaison with HO Marketing and local communications agencies, assisting with delivery of campaigns and materials
Support new sales team members through the induction process, including IT support and training
Handle assigned internal sales accounts; handle trade telephone, fax and email enquiries; assist with organization of sales events including briefings, training, awards and launches

The Individual | A solid level of experience with the following is desired:-
- Sabre systems experience
- Sales Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Airline pricing knowledge
- Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
