The Engineering / Technology Program Leader will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role, you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to affect short-term and some long-term business goals.
In addition, you will:

  • Provide leadership and technical direction to a large team for a specific program / project with significant business impact 
  • Establish a plan / program, define objective, and identify resources and funding source 
  • Manage the program / project, provide interim reports to customer, and modify plan as required 
  • Provide counsel to team on design practices and standards 
  • Effectively communicate with the customer or program manager to assure a quality product is delivered 
  • Assure development, implementation, and maintenance of technical operating plans for each assigned program 
  • Effectively communicate and influence partnership programs, interactions, and relationships 
  • Support processes to improve efficiencies of the team
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 additional years of Engineering or related Technical experience) 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading multi-disciplined Engineering teams

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science 
  • Ability to guide and lead others not in a direct reporting relationship
