Customer Service Agents - Travel industry (Ref: CSTA01)
If you have matric or an equivalent qualification coupled with at least 6 months’ experience in the travel, tourism and/or customer service industries (airline industry experience will be advantageous), above average computer literacy, knowledge of the GDS training system (preferably Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus), an excellent command of the English language (verbal and written) and if you are willing to work shifts, we welcome you to apply for the above position.
