Manager: Provisioning and Maintenance
Salary: R255 420 - R331 548 per annum (plus benefits) (Ref. CHRS0021)


Minimum requirements: • Human Resource Management/Psychology/Industrial Psychology or equivalent tertiary qualification/NQF level 6 qualification • Extensive relevant experience.


Core responsibilities: • Plan, organise, lead and control operational objectives for the division in the area • Manage the Human Resource administration • Manage recruitment, selection and placement • Manage the maintenance of Human Resource Information Systems in the area • Compile and manage the budget • Manage the staff in the Division • Manage and execute a generalist Human Resource Service to staff and management • Manage support rendering services.
