Head of Education Advocacy , Save the Children UK

Save the Children is the world’s leading independent child rights organisation. The Policy and Advocacy Division leads the development and implementation of advocacy strategies to achieve policy and political change at the highest level; leading and managing Save the Children’s advocacy engagement with the UK government, international institutions and the private sector; providing policy intelligence to the wider organisation; and forging advocacy alliances with key opinion makers in the UK and globally. We are recruiting for a Head of Education Advocacy to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to lead Save the Children’s policy and advocacy on education; in a way that builds our influence, credibility and profile, and links to our programme knowledge and experience. The successful candidate will lead and manage a high performing team, and will play a leading role in the organisation’s policy and advocacy work on education across Save the Children internationally, including our work on education in emergencies.
