Senior Consultant Finalization of GBV Coordination handbook and Revision of IASC GBV Guidelines

UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks a Consultant to lead the finalization of the GBV Coordination Handbook and the Revision of the GBV Guidelines.

Qualification:
• A minimum of 12 years of humanitarian or related work experience in GBV programming in natural disasters and conflict-affected countries.
• Experience in supporting the implementation of the GBV Guidelines at the country level, especially engagement with the GBV sector as well as other sectors in their implementation/use.
• Knowledge and experience in writing guidance notes and tools on GBV programming issues in humanitarian settings.
• Excellent analytical, communication, writing and editorial skills in English
• Advanced university degree in Social Sciences, Public Health or related field is required.
• Fluency in a second UN language, preferably French
