Job profile
The position is two-fold:
  •  Account Management:
- Proposal writing, intelligence gathering on customers and competitors, generating leads
- Know the customers’ questions or problems and help them receive accurate and quality service.
- Customer contact, discuss the research to be carried out
- Maintain customer contacts and interim feedback on progress in research
  •  Project Management:
- Successfully deliver the requested surveys from start to end, according to the agreed specifications with the help of project leaders
- Report writing, including consultancy
Your Profile
The job demands advisory capacity, commercial skills and in-depth knowledge of the European Commission and related organizations. As an outgoing individual with good communication skills you like to deal with complex questions and challenging, customized study designs. You think and act in a customer-oriented and analytic way.
You are a passionate researcher or consultant, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in social research preferably for the European Commission or other related organizations and you are fluent in English and preferably Dutch or French.
You have a degree in psychology or social science with focus on marketing/market research or comparable qualifications and you have good computer skills.
