Job Summary

Cardno ATC is a national engineering/consulting firm that specializes in environmental engineering, geotechnical engineering, and construction materials testing and inspection services. Cardno ATC is recognized as one of the nation's leading practitioners of Environmental Consulting, Engineering and Testing.

Cardno ATC is currently seeking a part time Environmental Technician in our New York office.

Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to:

> Perform project monitoring and air sampling
> Air sampling and inspections during asbestos and lead abatement
> Perform asbestos, lead, indoor air quality investigations and risk assessments
> All other environmental related duties as needed

Other Requirements

Education/ Experience/ Certification:

>Two (2) years of related professional experience
> BA/BS preferred
> Licenses preferred: NYSDOL Asbestos Air Sampling Technician, NYSDOL Asbestos Project Monitor, NYSDOL Asbestos Inspector. NYC Asbestos Investigator, SSPCC-3/SSPCC-5, USEPA Risk Assessor/Inspector
> 4 hour and 16 hour scaffold training, OSHA 10 hour training.
