The position would directly report to Purchasing Manager of PU Zhenjiang, below please refer to the job description:
Key performance areas:
  • Should be a dedicated buyer for MRO, Machine, Service, Engineering or Office supply, and responsible for the quotation, order, delivery and payment process;
  • Take responsibility of Supplier performance management on quality, delivery and service;
  • Work with IPO category managers to review & implement frame contracts;
  • Take responsibility of supplier evaluation and optimization;
  • Responsible for cost control for supply category.
Your profile:
  • University degreeor above(major in mechanical or electrical, or metallurgy area)
  • At least 3 years working experience in purchasing area;
  • Have the international trade experience;
  • Has worked for a multinational corporation before;
  • Has the experience in manufacturing;
  • CET 4 or above with good English Language Skill;
  • Familiar with basic office software(Excel, Words, PPT);
  • Well understand the knowledge of purchase policy, principle and process;
  • Professional in the purchasing
  • Good at suppliers' sourcing, negotiation, contract and supplier performance management process;
  • Result oriented and self-motivated;
  • Logical thinking, good at data analysis and problem solving;
  • Good team player with strong implementation.
As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and one with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, result oriented attitude. You also have strong communication skills and can work in an English environment.
