HR Services based in Sweden is a regional center that provides qualified services within HR to Sandvik in Sweden, Norway and Denmark with a local center in Finland. This includes professional support and advice to managers and employees in the area of HR, as well as payroll, recruitment services, administration of personal and organizational data. Operations are characterized by a high tempo with strong customer focus.
Performance, Training, Reporting and Data Services is part of the HR Service and aims to deliver world class administration to Sandvik's all companies in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and partly to Finland. The function is very important to ensure that Sandvik efficient and high quality administration that meets business needs.
You will report to Team Manager Performance, Training, Reporting and Data Services within the HR Services.
Key performance areas
We are looking for a qualified and proactive individual who has a positive attitude towards challenges in the job and enjoys supporting both Line Mangers and HR Business Partners by providing excellent service.
In the role of HR Services Advisor - Performance, Training, Reporting and Data Services you will initially focus mainly on tasks within contract administration. You will be part of a HR Services Performance, Training, Reporting and Data team where you have a personal responsibility for your work, which among other things includes:
  • Contract administration
  • Respond to, and resolve, incoming cases
  • Contribute to achieving the KPIs and targets set for HR Services
  • Manage MSS/ESS flows in defined processes or transactions
and be open to work with:
  • Manage PeopleSoft modules as MRD and ePerformance and perform manual updates according to established principles
  • Plan, develop and monitor the work of education-related issues in the context of Enterprise Learning Management
  • Ensure that Sandvik's common HR processes, laws, policies and directives in the area of educational matters are followed
  • Keeping personal files for Sandvik employees
  • Work together with HR Service Advisor Finland to secure delivery to Sandvik Finland within area of responsibility
Your profile
Within this role there can be different focus areas, depending on business needs and/or competence. You are skilled in administration, preferably in HR. You are used to work in a service delivery organization, preferably within a Shared Service Center concept and with case management. Furthermore, you have experience working in web-based personnel system and work with continuous improvements in relation to administrative processes. You should be flexible, able to handle various tasks simultaneously and to work independently towards deadlines. Good skills in Swedish are a prerequisite for the position, Finnish and English is a plus.
As a person you are thorough and detailed focused with structured approach. With your strong customer focus and a sense of service, you create confidence in your customer relationship by taking active ownership, identify customer needs, investigate or seek information to answer questions and give feedback to the customer. You are self-motivated with high integrity and ability to give excellent service with speed, focus and ambition in mind.
