This contract is to provide cover for the permanent Head of Campaigns whilst they act up in to another role.
As Interim Head of Campaigns you will support the Director of Policy, Advocacy and Campaigns by taking responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the Campaigns Team and the organisation’s campaigning programme. You will define goals and develop our campaigns on tax justice and women’s rights, also focussing on broadening our engagement and growing our campaigning base.
You will coordinate the delivery of high-quality and distinctive campaigns that promote our campaign signature and brand as well as improve campaigning effectiveness. You will also drive planning, budgeting and monitoring/evaluation processes to ensure we meet change and organisational objectives.
Expert at deploying marketing approaches and active engagement tactics to deliver high profile campaigns you will have substantial experience of leading and developing dynamic teams.
You will have extensive knowledge of the UK campaigning scene coupled with substantial experience of developing and implementing campaign communications strategies. An outstanding project manager you will be comfortable developing strategies to engage a wide public audience and have a good knowledge of digital campaigning platforms.
You must also be able to demonstrate a good understanding of UK political institutions and the political environment.
