ActionAid is one of the leading voices on tax justice in the development sector, running successful public campaigning since 2008. Reporting to the Head of Campaigns you will lead the development of campaign strategy, coordinating planning and delivery across the organisation to drive the campaign forward and achieve change objectives over the coming years.
We’ve got big ambitions that you’ll be a part of making happen. This will involve working alongside other ActionAid offices, and colleagues in other organisations to maximise campaigning opportunities. You will also monitor results, analyse effectiveness and evaluate performance as well as communicate to stakeholders.
You will have good knowledge of development issues, particularly tax justice. You must have substantial experience of leading and delivering high-profile, exciting campaigns and will have been involved in developing campaign strategies. You will have developed and implemented campaigns aimed at engaging the public and influencing decision makers.
With extensive knowledge of the UK campaigning and political scenes you will be a successful project manager and have a strong ability to influence and persuade others, both internally and externally. You will also have a good understanding of digital campaigning platforms.
