Junior Sales Representative
What we offer
- Actively support the annual sales growth plan for a sales territory or product category and identify potential opportunities & report them to the Sales Area Manager (development).
- Manage existing customers in increasing penetration of Adhesives portfolio (maintenance) and establish long term relationships with contacts at direct accounts or distributors.
- Interact with the distribution sales force (training, selling activities, joint customer visits).
- Implement local campaigns for new product launches, marketing campaigns & promotional actions.
- Demonstrate the application of products to potential end-users at fairs / road shows / in-house exhibitions.
- Ensure communication within the organization.
- Daily documentation of work using CRM tools.
Who we are looking for
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, (technical) customer service, or similar (in BtB environment).
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Dutch and English.
- Excellent interpersonal & rhetoric skills; strong demonstration skills.
- Focus on performance and results, entrepreneurial thinking.
- Desire to succeed and ability to maintain self motivation.
- Ability to identify & pursue new opportunities with new/existing accounts.
- Open minded approach to business; question status quo & accept changes.
