Keen to make your mark in a major international NGO you’ve got the passion and energy to drive change within our organisation and secure significant financial support from high net-worth individuals and their trusts/foundations.
Day-to-day you will build and manage relationships with donors and prospective donors who are able to give grants and gifts between £5,000 and £50,000 per year. We will look to you to develop individual cultivation strategies as well as ensure we provide the best possible supporter experience. Leveraging a range of tools from events to market research, you will develop and implement clear and ambitious plans that will increase supporter engagement, enhance their understanding, maximise fundraising opportunities and develop a dynamic prospect pipeline.
You will drive innovation, from creating solicitation strategies to delivering high quality requests for support, playing a vital role in delivery against ambitious targets.
With knowledge and experience of proposal development and grant management you are no ordinary Major Gift Manager. You are results focussed with a track record of successfully soliciting major gifts and grants. With exceptional interpersonal and negotiating skills you are an accomplished communicator who is adept at developing persuasive and innovative proposals.
Effective at building relationships at senior level, you are a natural networker who thinks creatively, is skilled at managing a prospect pipeline and used to closing fundraising opportunities.
