The Position

Our international customer support center, which is currently being expanded, is in charge of the customer services for our diagnostic analysis systems. As a technical specialist, you are the direct contact partner for technical inquiries of our customers from diagnostic laboratories and hospitals from the German-speaking region and other countries such as Turkey, the Netherlands, Belgium and Greece. You
  • work in an international team based in Mannheim, supporting the IT & Workflow product portfolio
  • support our national and international customers and field service representatives on the telephone in Dutch, English and German
  • handle customer inquiries from A to Z, starting with the acceptance of technical product problems to the definition of suitable measures
  • continuously monitor the process and quality of our services and therefore deliver an important contribution to improve the service quality
  • conduct customer and employee trainings in the customer support center and in the customer laboratory
  • troubleshoot on site after consulting field service representative

Who you are

You are a person who takes initiative courageously and creatively. You are open to new ideas and challenge conventional paradigms. Mutual respect and the exchange of opinions with all levels of hierarchy are important to you.
  • you are an engineer or a technician (e.g. in mechanical engineering, automation, mechatronics or medical technology)
  • you bring along several years of job experience in the technical environment that you have either obtained by means of customer care in the service of electro-technical systems or in a laboratory
  • ideally you have good knowledge of medical analysis systems and quality assurance, and a basic knowledge regarding IT related topics (network, database, scripting, etc.)
  • you are enthused about challenging technologies (combination of robotics, electrical engineering, fluid systems and medical issues)
  • you are fascinated by technical problems and you always present good solutions quickly
  • you enjoy being a competent partner for customers and colleagues
  • you speak and write Dutch an English fluently/near natively and your German is on an advanced level
