This newly created position will play a key role in embedding excellent human resources practices within our Accommodation and Hospitality Department. As part of the management team you will need to work proactively to enhance the customer focused operations by developing new initiatives to support commercial operations as well as ensuring existing process are fully implemented.

Working with senior managers the Deputy Human Resources Manager will ensure the department is appropriately resourced, structured and skilled so as to flexibly meet current and future challenges. As such the implementation of large and small scale change will be key along with managing the human resources implications of these changes.
