The Staffing Solutions Manager will provide effective, transparent and legally compliant international staffing services focused on delivering quality ministry to the communities and children we seek to serve. You will provide direction, development, leadership, innovative approaches in improving the staff recruitment and selection standards and processes; provide staffing and recruitment oversight to globally located staffing specialists for a specific territory; establish, monitor and evaluate performance measurements. This is accomplished through the management of teams - Americas covering USA, Canada and Latin America and EMEA covering Europe, MEER, Africa and Asia.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: •Manage a team of 6+ direct and in-direct reports (globally located –in the Americas and EMEA). •Support in the development of a global and integrated recruitment management strategy to ensure the right talent is recruited while aligning the same process for workforce, global mobility, succession and redeployment planning. •Ensure policy and procedures, such as, screening and interviewing standards are rigorous and transparent in the evaluation of candidates, utilized and consistent across partnership with regulatory requirements. •Build capacity for future growth by positioning and focusing staffing solutions strategically aligning with business needs. Ensure performance measurements and standards are in place for staffing solutions team.

REQUIRED SKILLS INCLUDE: •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 7 years of on the job training in recruitment and or human resources management •Experience in recruitment and management of international searches of executive, professional and technical positions is required •Experience in managing a virtual team, possessing cross-cultural sensitivity, knowledge of and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds •Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 12 weeks per year
