With contracts currently under management exceeding 60M EUR, we assist governments in improving the performance and delivery of public services through the provision of high quality consultancy in line with international best practice approaches. 

We work with, and advise clients in the fields of Economics, Environment, Energy, Regulatory Affairs and Institution Building & Good Governance and are seeking for an experienced Project Managerto join our Project Implementation Department. 

The Project Manager will be responsible for the following activities:

• Planning, monitoring and managing work programmes and operational project teams;
• Managing the implementation of projects to the highest standard within fixed time and cost budgets;
• Coordinating with clients and project beneficiaries;
• Project financial reporting;
• Minimising and managing project risk;
• Recruitment of experts;
• Quality assurance and timely delivery of project outputs.

Required expertise:

• A minimum of 5 years' work experience in managing EC funded projects as Project Manager;
• Perfect understanding of European Commission project management implementation rules and modalities;
• Advanced project management skills;
• Project financial reporting;
• Project Client orientation;
• Outstanding track record of successfully completed projects;
• Strong conceptual, analytical & reporting skills;
• Technical expertise in the field of environment and/or energy will be considered as an advantage;
• Experience of project management is the context of ENPI regional project will be considered as an advantage.

Education:

• A relevant (Masters) Degree from a top University in Engineering, Economics, Law or International Relations;
• Excellent English verbal & written communication skills; other local languages highly desirable;
• IT-skills: Advanced use of MS Office (excel notably) and ideally project management software (MS project).
