County Director - Papua New Guinea Marie Stopes International

We are looking for an inspirational and pioneering leader to manage our programme based in Port Morseby, Papua New Guinea.

Joining us is a positive step towards providing a better future for millions of women and couples worldwide. As Country Director, you will be responsible for the successful and sustainable development of a Marie Stopes International (MSI) country programme.
Leading by example and striving for success you will be a strategic thinker, a motivational manager and happy to break down barriers in order to provide a much needed service to the men and women of the local population.
Ideally you will have a background in international development where you have extensive fundraising and donor management experience as well as having managed and led a large team directly or indirectly towards your vision. Excellent negotiation skills are required and a knowledge and understanding of the family planning sector is highly desirable.
