Senior Programme Coordinator,

Humanitarian Futures Programme, at King's College London.

The Senior Programme Coordinator will provide a high level of overall coordination of HFP initiatives, which will include research management, as well as overall policy development and programme
management.
As well as having responsibility for oversight of staff, financial and project management of HFP projects, the post holder will work with the Programme Director to contribute to programme’s
strategic planning, fundraising, methodology and new project development.
The post holder will also play a key role in supporting quality control of research outputs, and in coordinating the collection of learning and synergies emerging from HFP research.
The ideal candidate will have progressively responsible management experience with a good understanding of the humanitarian sector, preferably gained at an international level.

Professional experience
should include significant staff management, financial, strategic planning and programme development and management skills, as well as the ability to engage with a diverse set of stakeholders at a senior
level.

The appointment will be made, dependent on relevant qualifications and experience, within the Grade 6 scale, currently £33,343 to £39,335, per annum, inclusive of £2,323 London Allowance, per annum. Candidates
should have the established right to work in the UK.
