Head of Sales - Hiring Solutions LinkedIn - Hong Kong

We are looking for the leader of one of LinkedIn’s key global businesses, Hiring Solutions across HK/China. This regional role is responsible for building and managing the Hiring Solutions sales strategy and it’s execution across a new region of strategic global importance. We are looking for a unique and inspirational leader with demonstrated ability to make outsized positive impact on teams, partners and revenue on a regional basis in a hyper growth environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead a world-class, high performing regional sales team
    • Demand excellence through example, coaching, developing and inspiring others
    • Foster a positive and values-driven team culture that will motivate others
    • Create a shared vision for the function
  • Drive sales strategy by working with executive team and functional leaders
  • Be the trusted partner and advisor to regional leadership including sales, product & marketing teams and provide them with competitive and industry intelligence to inform product and business strategies
  • Establish and manage key industry relationships with an eye to commercial growth
  • Engage in speaking opportunities in the industry to enhance LinkedIn’s position
Desired Skills & Experience Requirements:
  • Sales and Sales Management experience
  • 7+ years experience leading high performing teams
  • Strong executive presence, gravitas and ability to influence at the C -level
  • Proven superior leadership skills, entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
  • Regional sales experience, specifically China
  • Capability in forming enduring teamwork across an organization and geographies supported by strong networking skills and ability to build alliances
  • Respected & well connected in their industry with the potential to also do so in the HR community
  • Integrity-driven, collaborative team player
  • Must be results driven, detail oriented
  • The ability to conduct business in Mandarin is highly desirable
  • Bachelors' in Marketing, Business, or other related field, or equivalent experience
