Job Description

These roles will see you be involved in the evaluation, programme development and treatment of patients admitted to the unit, as well as assessment and treatment of physical, functional and cognitive problems. You will also participate in weekly team and family meetings (mainly to educate patients and families about conditions).

You will need a degree in Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy and must be currently registered with the HPCSA, as well as have an understanding of stroke, traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injuries, to apply. Experience in treating adults with neurological disorders, NDT and/or SI training and experience in a rehabilitation unit would be advantageous.
