An influential position, the role of Global Reward Manager will see you take the lead in developing our global approaches to reward and employee benefits as a key driver of employer engagement.

You will continuously improve and develop new and innovative approaches to global reward whilst providing advice to senior colleagues. Improving understanding of the concept of 'Total Reward', acting as a technical partner to your People Business Partner colleagues, supporting the salary review process and developing our global reward benchmarking process are all key aspects of a role that will see you make a major contribution to the delivery of the people dimensions of the Global Strategy.

With an impressive track record, you will have extensive reward generalist experience gained at both an operational and strategic levels. An appreciation of technical issues around tax, social security and currency management is important, as is a proven ability to influence, challenge and negotiate effectively. You will be analytical, numerate, solution orientated and customer focused. Your organised approach enables you to manage competing priorities and deadlines with ease. You have a genuine interest in development issues and the work of INGOs.
