Salary: Circa £31,000

Duration of Contract: Two-year fixed term contract (with potential to extend subject to business need and funding availability)

FFI is seeking a Programme Manager, Conservation Capacity & Leadership to lead the delivery of FFI’s work supporting staff, partner and intern professional development and learning, as well as helping advance the development of partner organisations who request assistance.
You will have a passion for supporting and nurturing others to reach their potential, with the ability to establish and co-ordinate systems and processes in order to do this, responding effectively to the varied and flexible needs of FFI’s global staff and partner base. Your experience of programme design and delivery means you are confident in leading and securing funding for new areas of work. Your experience with conservation project management and understanding of NGOs means you inherently understand individual and organisational development limitations and opportunities, and can identify ways forward.
With excellent facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills you will be able to enthuse and engage staff and partners as this part of the Conservation Capacity & Leadership Programme grows. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with colleagues to lead the delivery of allocated parts of the team’s wider capacity development work, particularly around partner support, learning and knowledge sharing.
