Technical assistance for common cultural heritage: preservation and dialogue between Turkey and the EU (phase I)
The purpose of this contract is foremost the preparation of a sustainable management plan for cultural heritage in Turkey in close cooperation and civil society partnership between Turkey and the EU. To this end, the consultant shall provide the following services:
a) setting up and implementing a cultural heritage training programme stressing cultural diversity including developing training curriculum and organising of conferences; and
b) developing a pilot model site management plan and pilot site in Sinop including preparation of the grant scheme documentation and the tender documents of works and supervision tenders for the pilot site.
