The purpose of the contract is to:
(a) strengthen the business networks between the cotton ginners and yarn manufacturers through:
(i) establishment of the GAP cotton fibre marketing portal;
(ii) improvement of marketing and networking skills of cotton ginners;
(iii) organisation of business brokerage events; and
(b) operationalise the common use quality and standardisation infrastructure through:
(i) operationalisation of the common use quality and standardisation infrastructure;
(ii) improvement of the institutional capabilities of cotton ginners.
