WaterAid Australia is looking for an experienced lobbyist, policy strategist and persuasive diplomat who can run public advocacy campaigns. We want to appoint someone who has the passion and highly developed negotiation skills to ensure that decision-makers in Canberra and our Country Programs prioritise access to water and sanitation to the most impoverished and marginalised communities around the world. This is an exciting leadership opportunity in our small and dynamic team for someone who is keen to change the world through their advocacy and influencing of public opinion and political minds. It is desirable that candidates have direct experience in the WASH sector however experience within related poverty-reduction thematic areas is also highly valued.
