This job exists to:

• Maximise Pacific Island Country access to funding from the Global Environment Facility (GEF), and other bi-lateral and multi-lateral financing mechanisms and agencies. The GEFSA is responsible to the Director Environmental Monitoring & Governance (DEMG) for the performance of the following key result areas:

1. Fund raising
2. Programme and project management
3. Technical Advice and support
4. Programme and project reporting
