As facilities manager you will provide an inspiring, safe, resilient, efficient and cost-effective working environment for all staff in our London and Somerset Offices.

You’ll also be our Security Focal Point, which means taking the lead in reducing safety and security risks to our staff and ensuring we fulfil our duty of care to everyone working in and with ActionAid UK.

You will have brought continuous improvement to services and pro-actively managed risks, especially health and safety, in a similar environment. You will have defined and delivered against service level agreements.

You are skilled at leading, motivating and developing high performing teams and can confidently develop, maintain and monitor plans and budgets.

You will be commercially astute, innovative, solutions focused and prepared to challenge the status quo.
