The position 
The Entrepreneurship Manager will be responsible for the design and delivery of a curriculum of entrepreneurship skills delivery. They will play a central role in further developing the incubator and the skills development programme for budding entrepreneurs at London Business School. 

They will initiate, maintain and lead a portfolio of skills development and provide advice for budding entrepreneurs, and will be responsible for actively promoting the incubator’s work through active participation in internal groups. They will develop contacts with alumni and the entrepreneurship community who will act as expert advisors to our students. They will work closely with Faculty, Degree Programmes and Career Services to ensure that this skills development programme is consistent with faculty led courses and other skills development programmes. 

The post holder will lead the advertising of incubator places and lead a robust selection process to fulfil the strategic plans for career services and the incubator. The Entrepreneurship Manager will be expected to lead the management of the incubator as well as designing and running workshops for the next generation of LBS entrepreneurs. 
The individual 
The successful candidate will ideally hold an MBA and should have significant experience in an entrepreneurial environment and ideally will have successfully run your own business. You will have an excellent understanding of the UK entrepreneurship sector and the skills necessary to succeed. You will have strong project management and event management skills and will have experience of running workshops and facilitation.
