Manager, Audit Resource KPMG US - Boston, MA
KPMG LLP operates with help from our Service Support professionals. Together, our talented people develop and help manage our brand, control our finances, run our IT Services, and take care of many thousands of tasks involved in making sure our firm runs smoothly. Our Resource Management function supports KPMG's Audit, Tax, and Advisory practices by providing staffing strategies. The team works to provide the right resources to the right engagements at the right time, and to help ensure optimal efficiency at the local, practice and national levels. We are currently seeking a Manager to join us in our Boston, MA office.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement staffing strategies that maximize utilization and minimize unassigned time
* Manage a team, including training, coaching, and facilitating the performance management process
* Provide accurate and timely reports covering forecasted utilization, actual utilization, and projected full time employees
* Monitor staff and manager progress toward chargeability goals and analysis of underutilized staff, overtime hours, and potential recruiting needs
Qualifications:
* Minimum of five years of resource management or client service delivery experience; preferably within a professional services environment
* Minimum one year of supervisory experience
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
