Navision Techno Functional Consultant Techno Brain
Location: Dar es Salaam
Responsibility
• Support Navision implementation and tasks such as project requirements, analysis, design, set up, testing and training i.e. all consultant tasks related to an ERP project
• Responsible for enforcing and following operating procedures, work assignments, planning, and all project management activities across the horizontal
• Report to Project Manager and will be in charge of execution of Navision projects as well as supporting the standard Techno Brain software
• Project Coordination with other project stake holders (Locat IT Operations, Business users, Global iT staff, Vendors etc.)
• In cooperation with the technical personnel, definition and support of any technical work associated with a project: installations, tuning, testing etc.
• Work within budget, costs, quality and deadlines
Requirement • Graduate from a reputed Institution with Computer Science specialization
• Prior work experience as Techno Functional Consultant on NAV based implementation will be an added advantage
• Customer and Project management skills
• Able to develop functional specifications of new processes, mapping user needs to Navision systems while minimizing technical development
• Able to identify, develop and drive training needed for implementation, including training material set up
• Able to assist users on site and remotely post implementation
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written and both technical & non-technical
• Ability to work with diverse group of individuals in a professional and service oriented manner
Experience 3+ Years
Desired skills Navision implementation in a Manufacturing or Financial domain
