Major Donor and Trusts Team Leader

We are looking for a strong senior Major Donor and Trusts Team Leader to join our team at this exciting time in our development. You will lead and motivate a dynamic and successful team of seven, responsible for developing relationships with major individual donors and trusts.

We have grown income significantly in the last two years and you will be developing and implementing strategies to build on this growth, leading your team to achieve ambitious targets. You will personally manage key relationships with some of WaterAid's highest value major donors and prospects.

You will have a substantial track record in major donor and trust fundraising and in securing major gifts at a six figure level. Possessing an excellent understanding of supporter motivations, you will have the ability to bring together their energies and interests with those of our international partners and staff.
