Project Controls Manager for Louis Berger Water Services, Inc. work at to our Baltimore, MD location

Requirements:

·         Candidate must have Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Information technology with experience working in the Construction/Engineering Industry and or related field.  Masters preferred.

·         Candidate must have a minimum of 5 -10 years relevant experience to include: Primavera Project Management Applications (P6 + Contract Manager), project control software implementation, Software deployment & management on large infrastructure projects, and web programming.

·          Excellent communication skills in both writing proposals and reports, as well as verbal for client interaction. 

·         Project Management experience required. 

·         Experience in managing a group, motivating staff and providing leadership to achieve the requisite goals

·         Experience with seller-doer activities is a major plus.  Customer Service attitude critical.

·         Expert in P6 EPPM. Knows how to deploy P6 EPPM system using both Oracle and SQL server as the backend databases.

·         Expert in Primavera SDK, APIs and web services. Knows how to integrate with other systems, especially Microsoft SharePoint using SharePoint web parts. Develop web portals and dashboards using schedule performance, cost performance and schedule variance.

·         Perform cash flow projections and cost and resource loading in Primavera P6

·          Record, maintain and report the following and variances against original/current/control: schedule, budget, change order, budget transfer, actual amount expended, estimate-to-complete amount, estimate-at-completion amount, work progress, and productivity value Knowledge and experience of web based applications is required

·               Primavera P6 Analytics and Primavera Unifier experience would be considered.

            Java/J2EE Development experience and .NET experience would be considered.

·         Knowledge of Primavera Business Intelligence to customize reports will be considered

            Knowledge and experience in other computer programming languages would be considered.

           Some travel may be involved.
