The Dutch organization Healthy Entrepreneurs is a young, creative and innovative company with 100% focus on business development with social impact.

Healthy Entrepreneurs aims to solve social problems through developing sound commercial business models. Their focus is specifically on promotion, training and supply chain solutions for healthcare related products. They cooperate with other parties in a consortium to develop a sexual reproductive health (SRH) programme. Within the programme Healthy Entrepreneurs is responsible for an innovative approach. Their target is the creation of a franchise organization with 600 entrepreneurs (end of 2015) both providing awareness and promoting / selling SHR commodities, generic medicines and health related products. The entrepreneurs will be active door-to-door or exclusively in their shops.

Purpose of position

The sexual reproductive health advisor is responsible for strengthening Healthy Entrepreneurs operations on e-learning and m-health subjects. This includes developing high quality content for a SRH programme.

Core responsibilities and tasks

• Responsible for collecting and analysing local and international health related information. • Convert this information into high quality content (script) for blended e-learning applications. For
example: awareness movies, websites, decision support tools, online counseling and quizes. • Responsible for the development of the m-health solutions for the online prescription of SRH
commodities based on national and international guidelines. • Support and accompany your colleague in converting the developed SRH content into applications. • Ensuring the development of effective SRH training materials usefull for the entrepreneurs.

Profile

• Advanced degree or relevant experience in SRH or related discipline; • Minimum of 3 years work experience and proven skills in e-learning and m-health; • Affinity with and proven experience in working in an international environment preferably a developing
country; • Excellent written and spoken English and French is required; • Comfortable working under tight timelines and delivering high quality work; • Results oriented, enthusiastic personality and hands on; • Strong in both strategy and implementation; • Proven problem solving and organizational skills, flexible and calm in a challenging environment; • Experience and ability to work in diverse cultural contexts; • Willing to travel when required.
