Technical Assistance for establishment of common-use processinf facility for industrial forestry products in Kastamonu
The purpose of this contract is to provide technical assistance to improve the competitiveness of the forestbased enterprises in Kastamonu. The operation will consist of 2 sub-components. The first is 'Operationalisation of common use infrastructure' which will be accomplished by development of business plan and service delivery manuals, deployment of the facility management system (FMAS) and establishment of the human resources base
