Technical Assistance for establishment od Sanliurfa cereals exchange and licensed warehouse
The purpose of this contract is to increase the competitiveness of the agri-businesses in Şanlıurfa. Within the scope of this contract, the consultant will provide technical assistance under 2 subcomponents:
1) operationalisation of the Şanlıurfa cereals exchange and licensed warehouse (CELW) through developing business plans, establishing the human resources base and inauguration of the CELW;
2) establishment and development of the institutional capacity of the CELW through the establishment of the quality assurance and IT systems and delivery of the seminars to the target groups.
