Financial Analyst

The Eleos Foundation seeks an experienced Financial Analyst to assist with placing new investments and supporting our portfolio companies. The position is based at our Santa Barbara, California headquarters.

Responsibilities will include:

· Pre-screening potential investments
· Private company due diligence
· Financial modeling
· Sector research
· Financial and social impact tracking and reporting
· Strategic support of portfolio companies

Qualifications:

· Minimum of two years experience in venture capital, private equity and/or investment banking.
· Strong commitment to social change through business and innovation.
· Analytical problem solver with strong quantitative background.
· Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to travel.
· Prior experience in developing world and/or working with social enterprises would be an asset.

Compensation:

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and professional qualifications.
