Your role will be to account manage our relationships with various IT services vendors as well as lead the procurement of equipment/services for International IT and Country programmes and advise on tax issues, shipping and invoicing. You will be responsible for license and telecoms contract management, domain administration and more. You will also assist with due diligence and supplier selection during contract negotiation and review processes. In addition you will coordinate administrative support to International Secretariat staff in the UK and assist with finance administration as needed.
With a degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration or similar, or with relevant experience you will be adept at running office systems and processes. Having worked in a similar environment you have good knowledge of IT software and hardware, basic finance admin skills and an understanding of contract and licence administration. An effective relationship manager, you will also have an eye for detail as well as good communication, customer service and PC skills.
