• a bachelor's or master's degree plus 5 to 8 years experience of IT procurement;
• advanced negotiating skills;

• and a very good command of Dutch, French and English.

Your role...

• prepare and analyse tenders and perform contract negotiations;
• support line management in achieving agreed contract and project deliverables;
• evaluate performance of different suppliers and guarantee optimal balance between quality and cost;
• gather and analyse market intelligence within your procurement category;
• develop strong relationships with your key suppliers to create maximum value for the business;
• build up knowledge of the market trends and supplier capabilities in your category;
• understand your line managers' business in order to establish effective collaboration;
• contribute to the business strategies by helping to make or buy decisions and developing sourcing strategies;
• analyse external trends and translate them to Procurement initiatives.
