Consultancy for Sahel Response Evaluation

CARE is undertaking an evaluation of its regional humanitarian response to food insecurity in the Sahel region and is seeking expressions of interest from suitable candidates for this consultancy. A team of 2 evaluators with expertise in gender, food security, resilience and humanitarian response and French and English language are sought.
