HRS Business Analysis Manager Deutsche Bank


The Business Analysis Manager oversees the lifecycle and balance of products and services, supports the Client Leads through the design and implementation process and deploys Business Analysis resources accordingly.
The Business Analysis Manager is responsible for delivering business solutions in alignment with business priorities and requirements of clients and is responsible for several projects to deliver.
The Business Analysis Manger identifies and defines the current, medium and long-term functional capabilities of products and services for the division, in alignment with overall Business direction.
  • Defines the business aligned strategy for new products and services
  • Builds and maintains strong relationship with client Leads in the business to ensure alignment with client needs, business requirements and project management resources
  • Manages strategic roadmap and communicates to stakeholders along the development/ implementation lifecycle of a project
  • Establishes and operates within the governance (decision making) structure for the program/project and manage/escalate issues and risks
  • Overall budget accountability for all initiatives in the Talent & Development Domain and manages costs in line with existing governance to deliver agreed outcomes within budget
  • Manage escalations and implementing actions to resolve critical situations
  • Engaging consultants to the projects and escalation point for issues; managing the relationship to external parties
  • Agreeing/Signing-off Statement of Work and Change Orders
  • Leading / Facilitating workshops and related stakeholder meetings
  • Preparing for steering committee / senior stakeholder decisions. Proposing solutions based on alternative scenarios and the underlying business case
  • Managing and approving technical budget spend
  • Leading / Guiding the project teams – Business Analysts, Project Manager, Change Enablement, Functional Design, Functional Owners, external partners & others

  • Knowledge of HR and Talent & Acquisition processes a benefit
  • Affinity with and understanding of technology processes at a high level
