PAE/CSSP provides corrections management services in support of the United States government to assist the Afghan government to modernize and develop te corrections system through mentoring, training and professional services. The Corrections System Support Program utilizes a systems approach to develop and stregthen the capacity of the Afghan criminal justice professionals and its criminal justice institutions

Job Summary

Supervise daily Help Desk operations while providing on-going monitoring of IT production systems, including identification and resolution & escalation. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review helpdesk incident tickets for content ensuring proper routing to technicians. 
• Ensure all operational process / procedures are accurate, clearly documented & maintained. 
• Investigate & introduce process improvement measures making recommendations for improvement. 
• Responsible for weekly/monthly reporting of helpdesk system utilization to management.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required
• 5+ years’ experience managing a multi-platform, multi-location, helpdesk system with experience in scheduling resources.
• Four years’ experience with Windows-based operating systems and experience supporting and maintaining a Microsoft Windows networking environment.
