Regional administrator, East of England

Christian Aid believes that everyone deserves the right to a full life, free of poverty and injustice. Our life-changing work couldn’t happen without people working dependably behind the scenes. With flawless attention to detail and a positive, proactive approach, your efficient support will help ensure the East of England regional office runs smoothly.
You’ll be the first point of contact for supporters in the Norwich office in the East of England region and will build relationships with key volunteers. You’ll process income and expenditure, keep accurate records on our database and ensure our high standards and procedures are adhered to.
You’ll have considerable administrative experience in an office environment, be friendly, and enjoy working with the general public. You’ll be used to working under pressure, handling finances and have database experience. An awareness of church networks and how to manage volunteers would all be an advantage.
