(SENIOR) CONSULTANT CORPORATE FINANCE - ADVISORY

Your function

As Consultant in our Corporate Finance department you will assist in M&A projects including sale mandates, buy mandates, financial modeling and related services. You will work closely with a team of corporate finance consultants and have exposure to a wide range of clients, from entrepreneurial, owner managed businesses to private equity companies. 

Your profile

• You have 2 to 4 years experience, ideally in corporate finance, otherwise in corporate banking, audit, finance or within an international M&A environment of a reputable company;
• You are a team player with very good communication, analytical and report writing skills;
• Our ideal candidate speaks Dutch, French and English and has excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other related PC-applications;
• Specific sector knowledge (e.g. in Healthcare, Renewable Energy or Food) is a strong asset.
