ACDI/VOCA currently has approximately 79 projects in 39 countries and revenues of over $168 million.
Senior Technical Specialists, Caucasus Region
ACDI/VOCA is currently seeking technical experts for an anticipated donor-funded agricultural strengthening and competitiveness program in the Caucasus region.  The project’s focus will be to increase agricultural productivity and strengthen linkages between smallholder farmers and other actors along the value chain.  We are particularly interested in the following professionals:
• Agricultural Specialists
• Irrigation Specialists
• Microfinance Specialists
• Input Supply Specialists
• Market Linkages Specialists
• Organizational Strengthening Specialists
• Monitoring and Evaluation Specialists
• Gender and Youth Specialists
• Financial and Grants Management
These positions are contingent upon ACDI/VOCA being awarded the program.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in one or more disciplines relevant to the above positions.
• University degree in agronomy, agricultural economics, business management, finance, or other relevant field (advanced degree is preferred).
• Experience working with international or regional NGOs and companies on donor-funded projects is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
