WWF-Greater Mekong (WWF-GM) is seeking to recruit well-qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, CarBi Project
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, CarBi Project is responsible for leading the development, implementation and coordination of M&E systems for tracking technical project progress, operational metrics (e.g., project finance & HR) as well as for providing advice on the development and implementation of M&E systems for biodiversity impacts (health of biodiversity targets, threat reduction). S/he ensures that the timely collection of data throughout the organisation is coordinated with all stakeholders and is communicated to the relevant project related staff.

Key requirements are:
·         Bachelor’s degree in natural resource management, engineering or another science-based discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
·         3 years of practical experience in monitoring and evaluation
·         Familiar with conservation and natural resource management issues
·         Knowledge of M&E methodology, quality assurance and experience in project M&E and Adaptive Management
·         Experience in data collection, analysis and synthesis and preparation of strategic information and reports for decision makers
·         Experience in writing reports and reviews, delivering presentation and defending recommendations
·         Fluency in written and spoken English and local language

Base location: Hanoi or Hue, Vietnam
